Mindful Movement is holistic approach to physical exercise. It raises our body’s awareness of our physical balance and stability through movement.
Using a blend of strength, postural awareness, and breath work, the body learns to find ease in every-day movement.
The intention isn’t to leave you physically exhausted - but instead to offer your mind an opportunity to feel stimulated and uplifted.

By learning to breathe efficiently, we learn to allow the body to return to state of calm. This helps expose the body to increased physical stress and safely strengthen our joints & muscles.

Every body is different but there are efficient and safe ways to move biomechanically. Postural awareness encourages an upright stance - ensuring we are taking in as much oxygen and resting our heart rate.

Standing upright requires a balance of the 600+ muscles within the body. Not only are we deciding to create awareness of the body in an upright position, but we explore what alignment means in multiple positions.
